Courtney Buchner’s Bio
Courtney is a neurodiverse, queer writer, comedian, actor, and sports content creator who has built a substantial online presence, with over 20k followers and millions of views across her videos. Her work brings sports to new audiences, making sports environments more accessible while adding a comedic twist. Recently, she was part of the BBC Content Creator Lab, which highlights creators excelling in their fields, and has collaborated with major brands including NIKE, ADIDAS, Arsenal and Chelsea Women’s football teams, and The FAWNL. Courtney has also expanded her career into stand-up comedy, with a sold-out run of her show, I Wrote This Show Last Night, at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, followed by a London transfer. In addition to her comedy work, she is an award-winning writer currently developing a football-based TV pilot, Man On, which follows a women’s football team navigating financial struggles.
Courtney’s ADHD diagnosis, which came later in life, profoundly changed her sense of self and sparked her passion for helping others on their “neurospicy” journey. Through her platform and creative work, she advocates for neurodivergent individuals, using humor and her personal experiences to break down barriers and challenge societal perceptions. Her work has not only gained recognition in the comedy and sports content space but has also contributed to broader conversations about neurodiversity, inclusivity, and acceptance.
