RITUALS IN SPORT

Hello, I'm Nidhi Sethi, the new social media intern for Neurodiverse Sport. I'm 21 years old, a medical student, and I am autistic and ADHD. My journey as an athlete includes representing the UAE in elite netball, and I'm also an avid runner, currently training for the London Marathon 2025. Alongside my studies and sports, I'm the founder of Behind The Smiles, a platform dedicated to supporting educating, supporting and empowering neurodivergent individuals. 

I’m excited to manage the Neurodiverse Sport Instagram account, where I’ll be spotlighting athletes like you. This "Rituals in Sport" campaign is all about showcasing the routines and rituals that help neurodivergent athletes excel in their sports.
