As a proud dyslexic woman of mixed heritage, she is dedicated to breaking down barriers and fostering understanding around the unique strengths and challenges of dyslexia. Through public speaking and storytelling, Zoe shares insights into how sport has empowered her to embrace her dyslexia and explores the intersectionality of race and neurodivergence. Her TEDx talk, Reading Between the Lines: A Dyslexic's Perspective, has inspired audiences to rethink misconceptions about dyslexia, highlighting its strengths as a learning difference.

As a Sports Therapist, Neurodiverse Sport Director, and member of influential groups like the BDA Cultural Perspective Committee and Common Goal Youth Council, Zoe actively promotes inclusive education and workplaces.
