Nick Ransom’s Bio
Nick Ransom is a prominent journalist and neurodiversity consultant who has made significant contributions to sports media. His on-screen reporting spans major networks, including the BBC, ITV, Channel 5, and Sky. Diagnosed as autistic at the age of 20, Nick has become a leading advocate for inclusion and accessibility within the media industry. His work includes serving as an assistant producer on the BBC series Inside Our Autistic Minds, collaborating with Chris Packham to shed light on autistic experiences.
In addition to his broadcasting roles, Nick founded the Neurodiverse Media Community, a platform dedicated to supporting neurodivergent professionals in the media sector. Through this initiative, he consults with broadcasters, production companies, news outlets, and PR firms to enhance access and representation for neurodivergent individuals. His efforts aim to create a more inclusive media landscape that values diverse perspectives and experiences.
